When you smoke you may already suffer from it. Brown teeth, cough that shows up on a regular basis and lowered energy levels. You probably say to yourself than you will stop smoking one day or you are trying at least few times in a year. People pretty often cheat themselves by saying that they are not able to quit. Here comes the big news Ė you can, as millions of people before you did.
I will tell you about a Mike who is a good friend of mine. One time when he was watching a movie with his wife it went out that is necessary to put out the cigarette to open new bag with salty sticks for his woman. In under 30 seconds of break his cigarette was not burning anymore. When he reached to take it he noticed that his lighter was lost or simply left at work. He was so surprised by combination of this accidents that for a second he thought that it may be sign. This though kept coming back to him and in just few hours he took the right decision. He said to his wife that he quit smoking and since that day he had never put cigarette in his mouth.
I understand that you may say that it is just a story, but for me it has been event that set my friend free from his addiction. If you think about leaving yours then it is best time to decide and set yourself free as well. There is simply so much diseases that attacks smokers that smoking is like committing suicide in few thousands small steps. It happens that smokers blame everything else but not cigarettes and when they do we need realize with what we deal Ė it is called complete denial.
There is another story, but this time I have just heard it. Alice was a smoker and even if her doctor said to her that she is simply allergic to cigarettes she could not accept it. She removed of all possible allergens in her house, applied diet and even change her cosmetics. Nothing helped and finally she decided that she needs to see does cigarettes provokes allergic reactions. On the second day of nonsmoking, even if a little bit nervous she got up and took a deep breath. It was one of deeper ones she experienced in last years as her air channels were clear. Once she realized that it was easy for her to quit smoking.
I would like to know are you like Alice or rather like Mike? Do you see things and does your mind wants to put a ďsignĒ label on them? If it so then probably it is really a good and strong sign which can help you to quit smoking and feel better. I just mean that there is no sense in poisoning yourself for the pleasure that can come from eating a chocolate and you will realize that once you stop to smoke.
