The tongue inflicted snore is caused when the back of the tongue is blocking some parts of the air passageways which produces the snoring sound. Snoring when sleeping in any positions shows that you have a severe problem.

MOST COMMONLY KNOWN CAUSES OF SNORING
Asthma, sinusitis, and colds are known causes snoring as well. Snoring can be caused by allergies. A person who is inclined to sleep flat on their back makes the throat very relaxed and the back of the tongue tends to block their air pathways and creates the snoring sound. Smoking can make the tissues vibrates and creates snoring. A person who intakes too much fatty foods and oily foods that can create a fat deposit around the air tracks and pathways will cause the throat to be rigid and thus constricts the air to flow so the air tries to pass through in which creates vibrations and causes snoring to occur.

CONTROLLED AND UNCONTROLLED FACTORS OF SNORING
Some researchers say that there are things that we can do to control snoring and while others say that we cannot control snoring.

WHAT FOODS CAUSES US TO SNORE?
Sometimes or most of the times, eating dinner together with the entire family on is just great but that is also the time when overeating occurs. There is no rush when monitoring the types of foods that you eat therefore you can easily do this slowly and you will eventually notice a big difference within. Overeating may induce inflammation which is one of the main causes of some serious snoring issues. A little wheat intake is okay but eating too much wheat is not therefore try to eat it sparingly.

TIPS ON HOW TO MAINTAIN YOUR WEIGHT AND EATING HABITS TO AVOID SNORING
Cutting out the heavy dinners will help you to avoid snoring. Using smaller bowls and plates will trick your body into thinking that you have had your normal full-sized eating proportion in a single serving rather than having a full sized bowl eating proportion. Stay away from your food temptations all the time if.

WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU ARE SNORING SEVERELY?
There are some simple ways in which you can stop snoring on your own. By losing weight, you will feel more active and by keeping in shape it helps the body to function normally, including you air paths that can cause snoring. One of the most important ways to stop snoring is to try to lose more weight. To determine if you have severe snoring, ask yourself if your snoring is VERY loud.
