Why Are You Not Losing the Fat





? There are three very good reasons that so many exercise programs and gyms will take your money while making all the promises in the world, but fail to follow through or make good on any of those promises. If you have keenly observed, exercise programs that actually work and personal trainers that genuinely care about your health can be difficult to find.

If your goal is to get ripped abdominals with six-pack definition, keep the following tips in mind. Here is why most exercise programs fail and it comes straight from the mouth of an insider who knows firsthand:

#1: They just want your money.

Most gym trainers and fitness gurus are plainly making you pay for their so-called "weight loss expertise" endlessly. They won't even notice if you have been doing their program for three years and you're fatter than ever. They just want the money that only comes when you sign up for a class, pay membership dues, or purchase personal training sessions.

Whether you actually achieve the results you want from an exercise program isn't of primary concern to these trainers or the gyms they work for. They only care about how much they'll be earning from your being obese.

It's a sad fact, but it's one that is prevalent in the fitness industry today. So, how do you protect yourself? You walk when your exercise program fails to deliver results. It's as simple as that. Talk with your money.

#2: They don't know either.

This is kind of a funny one, but many personal trainers around the world have no clue how to tell you to get the six pack abs you want. These people may have the perfect body you've always wanted, but most of them have never experienced obesity and are clueless on how to properly shed off the extra 50 or 100 pounds.

You can see through these trainers and avoid their exercise programs by asking lots of questions before you hand over your money. Get to know your trainer's inputs on your goals and his/her strategy to target these. Ask them how much preparation they put into preparing workout plans prior to a personal training session.

If they can't give you straight answers, seem to be making things up on the spot, or otherwise seem not to know what they're talking about, it's time to find another exercise program.

#3: They are stuck in the past.

Finally, many personal trainers are full of confidence and knowledge. They think they know exactly how to design an exercise program that will help you meet your goals, but their knowledge is outdated. These people may be capable of giving you the body you want but will not fill you in on how you can get it fast and keep it for life --- you'll get it at a slower rate and may eventually bounce back to your original weight since they need you to pay them more cash.

In this case, fitness trainers fail to deliver results or otherwise steer you in the wrong direction but they have good intentions. The problem is intentions aren't good enough when it comes to your health and those six pack abs you are dreaming about. If you want to get what you want you have to find a personal trainer who knows what they are doing and who genuinely cares about getting you real results.
