How To Overcome Bereavement

It is a feeling that a person gets when the person is deprived of some things or family or friends. This may be caused by their death (like in most cases) or because they have parted from the person. This feeling tends to make a person think that he/she is left all alone and there is no one to listen or talk or advice. Though it is not that there is no one with that person but since the person was very close to either of them the feeling to be with them comes from within. This is an emotional state for the person and hence many times even a behavioural change in the person is noticed.

The world has advanced in all sorts of fields and science has developed and a recent study by the Howard University shows that the feeling of bereavement is only present in a persons mind until there is either someone or something else which may attract the person equally, similar to the previous attachment or attraction towards the family member or friend. In most cases it is seen that the person may be in bereavement grief as the person was emotionally attached to the other person that has either passed away or has parted away from the person. Since this feeling is an emotional feeling generated by the person the situation becomes very difficult to handle. To overcome this issue the person requires another alternative to keep his attention. For example: if a person has a pet in the family and has seen the pet grow older along with him/her and the person also has an emotional attachment with the pet it shall be seen that if the pet dies or has to be parted away from the person the person may generate the feeling of bereavement within. To end this feeling the person requires an alternative and may have a new pet instead. This shall not completely satisfy the person but may easily lessen the feeling of bereavement. But this situation may be equivalent for pets and things, but if a person may loose his/her best friend or a family member then there is no alternative. The person may feel bereaved and may not be interested in any sort of betterment of behaviour. There is still one way that a person may come out of this feeling which is with the help of hypnotherapy. Hypnotherapy is one way in which the person may be easily changed and the feeling of bereavement may gradually disappear. If a person is in bereavement and is taken to a psychiatrist the person may feel offended but one can be treated with hypnotism without going to see a psychiatrist. All that has to be done is that the person must be given a hypnotherapy compact disc (which is available easily over the Internet) and ask the bereaved to listen to the content and once the person starts to listen to the discs there shall be a change in the person. Though this may not happen very immediately and may take a bit longer, it is a guaranteed way of resolving the issue.
