Customer NO Service



Have you ever wondered why the top sales people are at the top? They know their product but they mostly know how to take car of the prospect with follow ups calls and emails. They keep them in the loop early and often in the start of the relationship process. Simple people
skills are important as you build trust. Customer NO service will kill sales. You need the perfect customer service. You can double your sales by simply communication with your customer or potential customer back!
Their are many ways to communicate with your customer but a simple phone call back will make all the difference in the world. When someone joins a program or purchases a product they want to make sure they have someone to hold their hand to make sure they get the best out of that product. By following up and helping them through the procedure; you have gained trust and then you have even a better opportunity to show other products you have to offer.
As your sales grow so does you team. When your business starts to get out of control then it is time to hire an assistant. Your assistant is the life blood of a good sales team but It is important that you communicate first. As you establish trust let them know that Mary or Bill will be helping them also if they have any questions or concerns. This is a soft hand over and works well. The customer knows that you are on the go and your job is to grow sales and really don't want to waste a lot of your time but can get help when they need it and CAN get a hold of you if needed. So communication is the key and never forgotten.
Email follow ups are the second most important. You can use a generated follow up system or just check in every once in a while just to let your customer know you are thinking about them and their business. I find quick emails are the best and most productive. You want to start it with a simple hi and making sure they are doing fine. Then lead into business and how the service or product are doing for them. The customer will answer back to the email and communication is established if any new or exciting products are out that can take their business to the top. Never on the first email and make sure you are asking them questions so they respond back. Then the process starts again! Let me know if I can be of assistance.
