Point #1: Continuously allow your downline to function and build their business in the best way that suits their personality and interests. You and I have different personalities and customs of doing things. The major hindrance with network marketing in general is that the majority of companies have a system that will pack each person into the same style and is sold to each person as its Duplicatable. Each one of us are unique in the way we reach our goals. We all have strengths and abilities that will play a role to the whole group. Downline building is not just about keeping it simple, its about helping individuals to play up there strengths and develop in a way that gives them room to showcase them. A collection of people that have the openness to work and build in a way that best suits them, is a winning blend that you must allow to take place. When everyone in your business is allowed to have the liberty to move in a way that supports their strengths, you will have more committed people, and not only that, but you will secure a residual income which will more than likely be around for a long time. Point #2: Training and assistance. This point shows that you need to guide your people, and give them assistance as much as possible. Now when you have a big organization you cant possibly be with everyone at all times. Using some technology based tools will make it easier to connect on a grand scale, but I am not refering to that at the moment. If you help and educate the concept of Each One Recruit One, and then Each One coach One and then Each One strengthen One this will duplicate all the way through your business. When you take this strategy and put it collectively with number one above, it won't be long before you have a growing group of people. When you set the example of supporting and training the people in your mastermind group, you will begin to see your downline forming their own alliance of mastermind groups that they train and support, and that is exciting to see. Without a doubt this will work and will make building a committed downline one of the most fun experiences Point #3: Create a philosophy of personal improvement and individual growth. With a person that will climb over hot coals to see success, it won't be long before that person reaches their goals. Having a large organization of individuals with this mindset will go far, can you imagine it? Guess what? You can, and it all begins with you. You must be committed to the process of personal development. Work on yourself so much that you are actually improving yourself right along with working your opportunity. You build this culture by encouraging your people to enhance their skills just as in any job or career they were to get involved in. If you will commit to assisting your organization in areas of weakness, and put them together with their strengths, you will have a group of individuals that completely dominate. Understanding that success is nothing but up to the individual and helping your team see this willl cause your team to grow on autopilot. Tip #4: Put a workable system in place to give your organization the ability to work in either online or offline marketing. You will find that this resembles point 1 in this article, but I am looking to make a differnent point. The battle will always rage on among the so called experts on what system to use, and what is best, offline marketing or online marketing. The truth is you can have the best from each and have your individuals choose what is best for them so they can run with it. by providing your team with a resource that will combine the best of both worlds, and give them the choice of what works best for them, they will flourish. When you give your team a system that combines all of the aspects I talk about above, combined with a system that supports where they want to go, downline building will be something you enjoy rather than a burden.
