Most businesses and offices require that you dress business casual at a minimum if they dont expect you to be dressed professionally. However, there is not that requirement when you work for yourself from the comforts of your own home. You can wear whatever you want although you will get advice from most work at home employees that advise you to at least get dressed when working from home rather than staying in your pajamas since this can increase your motivation and productivity.
Finally with a work at home computer based business you have the opportunity to work from almost anywhere. This can be extremely beneficial if you travel a lot or simply need to check in with clients and work a little bit while on vacation. In addition, you have the ability to pick up and move to almost any new location since you can take your business with you as long as you have connection to the internet. This makes it perfect if your spouse gets a job in another city or you simply tire of your current residence.
