How to Stop Panic Attacks And Anxiety Symptoms Immediately

Some of the commonest anxiety symptoms that you may physically experience due to your anxiety disorder are;

- Inability to breath normally - Fast heart beat, palpitations or even a slower than normal heart beat - Pain in your chest - Difficult to swallow and feeling a lump in your throat - Your skin becomes pale - More sweating than usual - Observable shaking and shivering - Shaking and shivering internally - Lack of feeling or pain in the shoulders, neck, face or neck - Constipation, diarrhea, indigestion or heartburn - Inabilty to perform sexually - Showing symptoms of an infection of the urinary tract - Rashes on the skin - Tingling and weakness in the feet, arms, hands - Feelings like having had an electric shock - A dry mouth - Influenza like symptoms - Blurred vision - Poor hearing - Hormonal issues - Tightness in the head and/or headaches - Soreness around the eyes - More sensitive to touch, noise, light, and smell - A toothache like pain

Aside from physical smptoms you may also have psychological symptoms due to anxiety, such as;

- Inability to sleep - Nightmare - A feeling of going mad and not being in control - Becoming more depressed and suicidal - Acting aggressively - Suffering from agoraphobia - Having hallucinations - Being hyperactive - Sexual feelings suddenly increase

Who will suffer from anxiety symptoms and what causes them?

Anxiety disorders cause these (anxiety symptoms). The subconscious brain has a small organ called the Amygdala and disorders are caused when this organ reacts differently and it is known as an 'anxiety switch'.

For a treatment to be successful you need to focus, not on the symptoms experienced, but on the Amygdala malfunction which is the root cause.

When they suffer anxiety symptoms the majority of folk are able to explain to themselves why it has happened. A wide range of strong and weird feelings and reactions can be triggered by an increase in adrenaline levels in the blood.

Other folk are unable to find a reason for suffering anxiety symptoms they experience on an irregular basis.

On the other hand some folk experience anxiety symptoms that are obviously connected to a specific situation, incident or social event.

And the symptoms can cause panic attacks, deep depression, an inability to breath properly and body pains, particularly in the chest.

So can you be harmed by these anxiety symptoms?

The answer may not be what you expect. No! You will never be hurt by anxiety symptoms. Despite the intensity of them and the fear you may feel, they really are harmless. And in fact are quite common body reactions and feelings that are just magnified sevenfold (or whatever number you want to use depending on the effect they have on you).

I give you a challenge. Find me someone who has experienced anxiety symptoms and come to some harm. You will not find anyone!

You may ask ... must I continue to suffer from my anxiety disorder and keep on feeling these anxiety symptoms?

Well the answer is no! The anxiety condition you suffer can be treated successfully in a short space of time. Now that is great news if you want to carry on with your life as you wish it was.
