Anxiety Attacks Disorder Autobiography of an Anxiety Attack Sufferer

I was an anxiety attack sufferer seven months ago and this article is a reflection of myself when i got affected by this mood disorder.I do not like give away pictures and videos of how i looked during that difficult period because my condition was terrible and i do not want anybody to look at me that way.As you read this article,i am very sure that you will feel very much comfortable since i am a person who has tackled the most hard situations because of panic attack and finally got cured completely.I know you will get more confident by looking at how i hard i struggled to get out this dreaded disorder.Notice that i have not got a temporary cure like some people do using the help of medications.I do not have to care if i will get this disorder again because i now know how to handle anxiety and trash it away.I have got a permanent solution!

The start of the disorder:

I was preparing for my major examinations when this dreaded disorder happened.I just cannot find any word to explain my feelings when i first experienced the anxiety.It was different,unknown to me and i had never ever felt that way.I sat down to start the preparation for my examination but the effort went in vain.My mind was completely out of control and i was just physically present.I was not able to focus on anything else other than the obsessive worries.And do you know what i was worrying about?Oh my God.How will i be able to tell that?Because my worries were extremely silly.They were the ultimate nonsense anyone would want to hear.This is why i did not tell anybody what i was going through.

The end of the disorder:

I want to explain more about the causes and the effects of the disorder but i am afraid you will not like it since the article will cross more than 1000 words.So i am going to cut short the article and tell you about how i got cured.Like i mentioned before.i did not tell my condition to anybody.Most people noticed that i looked too dull and very unusual.My parents were the ones who noticed this first.I kept my mouth shut and started to search for a solution online.I did not want to make them unhappy by telling them i am affected mentally.At last,I got the perfect answer for the anxiety solution.There are two solutions for the panic attacks: therapies and the

2.self-help guides.

I was not very interested in talk therapies as i felt that the self-help guides would give me more freedom to practice the techniques and get cured as fast as possible.So i stuck with the guide and i was very happy to find a permanent cure.But use your own discretion to decide whether you want to go for therapy or the guides.
